Store Policy

Ordering:

Orders received after Noon will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Due to COVID-19, shipping of orders may be delayed. 

PLEASE NOTE, ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 12/14/2020 CANNOT BE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS.

WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 18 THROUGH DECEMBER 27. ORDERS RECEIVED DURING THAT TIME WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL DECEMBER 28.

 

 

Returns:

Due to avian disease, we can not accept returns. This is to ensure the safety of your birds as well as ours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Customer Appreciation Program:

In order to qualify for our Customer Appreciation program, an account has to be created.

Each time online orders equal $300.00, a store credit of $30.00 will be issued to the account. This applies to the current calendar year and the discount must be redeemed within the current calendar year. There is no limit on how many store credits can be earned but it will reset to $0.00 after it has been applied.
